Both of them understood celaena and accepted her, both would fight at her side. Both were solves to their master (Maeve and Arobynn) and both wanted out of that life. I find that Rowan reminds me so much of Sam. Rowan understands the pain that she copes with and they have helped eachothee out so much throughout the book. SOOOOO DEEP! Isn't that needed in a strong relationship? Rowan understands the monster inside her, and does not cringe at it. But reading Heor of fire you understand what a deep friendship they have. I know at this point it is purely platonic. At this point I think her and Rowan could be really eat together. Doesn't everyone deserve that? This is why. With his background etc I can totally understand how that would be (heck, I would have a hard time with it!) so I don't think his lack of acceptance makes him a bad guy, I just don't think it makes him good for HER.Ĭelaena/Aelin needs someone who understands her past, why she does the things that she does, and someone who will stand by her no matter what with no judgements. He has a hard time with the Assasin part of her, and I don't blame him. Chaol does not accept Celaena for who she is. I know some people feelmlike she will still end up with Chaol in the end but I'm just not seeing it.
